Famycare is founded and operated by Registered Nurses. Clinical judgement sits at the top of the organisation, not just on the roster.
Team profiles are being prepared. In the meantime, you are welcome to speak to the team directly — ask for the clinical lead and you will get one.
Every Famycare support worker is screened, inducted and trained before they attend a shift, and a registered nurse is on call around the clock for escalations.
