This website is operated by Famycare and provides information about our NDIS supports, plain-language guides to the scheme, and ways to contact or refer to us. Using the site does not create a service agreement, and submitting an enquiry or referral does not commit you — or us — to anything beyond a conversation.
Information, not advice
Content on this site, including the NDIS guides, is general information. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not advice about your individual NDIS plan — the National Disability Insurance Agency is the authority on the scheme and on your plan.
Not an emergency service
This website and our enquiry forms are not monitored for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, call 000. For urgent support matters, call us rather than submitting a form.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no submitting false referrals or enquiries, no attempting to access systems or information that isn’t yours, and no scraping personal information from any part of the site.
Accuracy
We keep the site current, but NDIS rules and price limits change and a page can lag reality. Where the site and your service agreement or the NDIA differ, the agreement and the NDIA prevail.
Privacy
How we handle information you submit is covered by our privacy policy.
